摘  要:目的:观察头针对右侧大脑中动脉阻塞模型大鼠脑梗死体积的影响,并为后续研究及临床应用提供实验数据。方法:选择Wistar雄性大鼠,用线拴法复制右侧大脑中动脉阻塞模型,然后进行头皮电针,用TTC染色测定脑梗死体积的变化。结果:针刺组大鼠脑梗死体积明显减小。结论:头针对右侧大脑中动脉阻塞模型大鼠有明显治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effect of head point needling on the cerebral infarction volume of rats caused by the right middle cerebral artery occlusion and offer experimental data for the following study and clinical application.Methods:We copied the right middle cerebral artery occlusion model on the male Wistar rats with the suture method,and then stimulated rats on the scalp by electro-acupuncture,detected the changes of infarct volumes by TTC staining .Results:The cerebral infarction volumes of rats which were treated with electro-acupuncture decreased significantly.Conclusion:Head point needling point needling takes on significant therapy effect on the cerebral infarction volume of rats caused by the right middle cerebral artery occlusion
