摘 要:由于蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体性能与烧结普通砖砌体有较大差异,设计、施工中应采取相应技术措施确保工程质量。以新疆地区一例蒸压粉煤灰砖墙体开裂事故分析为背景,比较分析蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体与烧结普通砖砌体的性能差异。结合新疆地处地震高发区,同时具有气候干燥、年温差和日温差大等特点,对使用蒸压粉煤灰砖作为砌体材料的房屋结构设计、施工技术措施进行探讨,以便为蒸压粉煤灰砖的进一步推广应用提供理论依据。The masonry performance of autoclaved fly ash brick has great difference with that of fired brick, therefore, appro- pilate technical measures should be taken in the process of design and construction to ensure the quality of the project. In this paper, through analyzing an autoclaved fly ash wall cracking accident in Xinjiang region, the differences of masonry performance between autoclaved fly ash brick and fired brick have been compared and analyzed. Taking into consideration that Xinjiang is lo- cated in seismic high-incidence area and has climate characteristics of dry climate, high annual temperature difference, high diur- nal temperature 'difference, the structure design and construction technical measures for buildings that taking autoclaved fly ash brick as masonry materials are discussed in this paper to provide theoretical basis for further promotion and application of auto- claved fly ash brick.
