降低建筑膜材小分子物质迁移性的研究

摘  要:为解决PVC建筑膜材在使用过程中存在的增塑剂迁移问题,采用大分子聚酯增塑剂替代部分小分子增塑剂涂层制得PVC建筑膜材,并对膜材进行硬挺度、白度、红外光谱、DSC、力学性能等测试分析。结果表明,采用相对分子质量为2000的大分子聚酯增塑剂与小分子增塑剂DINP进行复配,且复配质量比为1:1时,膜材性能较好,增塑剂的迁移率大大降低。In order to solve the migration problem of plasticizing agent existed during using of PVC architectural membrane, macromolecule polyester plasticizing agent was employed in this research to replace part of the regular micromolecule plasticizing agent to prepare PVC architectural membrane material. Parameters such as stiffness, whiteness, infra-red spectrogram, DSC as well as the mechanical performance were carefully tested.The results show that when the macromolecule plasticizing agent with relative molecular weight of 2000 is compound with micromolecule plasticizing agent DINP under a ratio of 1:1, the properties of membrane is good and the migration ratio of the plasticizing agent is reduced greatly.
