摘 要:本文介绍了逆变CO2气体保护焊机的电源动特性指标,分析了动特性指标对飞溅的影响。在不同电压、电流参数下进行焊接,测量焊接电压、电流波形,并收集了各种规范下的飞溅,分析了短路电流上升速度disd/dt、短路电流峰值Im、短路到燃弧电源电压恢复速度对飞溅的影响,实验表明短路峰值电流、电压恢复速度对飞溅有一定的影响;随着焊接电流的增大,短路电流上升率的减少,飞溅量显著上升;并指出瞬时短路是造成飞溅的重要原因,并论述通过调节电子电抗器电感可以获得各种规范下所需的电感值,从而使逆变CO2气体保护焊机具有良好的电源动特性,以减少CO2焊接飞溅。Dynamic characteristic parameters of CO2 gas-shielded welding inverter is introduced, they have effect on spatter.Welding voltage waveform and current waveform at different voltage and current parameters are measured and spatters are eoEtected in a variety of specification,and author analyzed short-circuit current increasing speed disd/dt,peak current in short-circuit Im,vohage recovery rate from short circuit to arc have effect on spatters.Experiments show that peak current in short-circuit and voltage recovery rate also has some effect on spatter, As the welding current increases,short-circuit current rising rate decrease,amount of spatter increase severely.Author thought that the instantaneous short-circuit is important reason for spatter,and the required inductance value can be obtained criterions by regulating the electronic reactor inductance,inverter power source for CO2 gas-shielded weldirtg has good dynamic characteristic in order to reduce the CO2 welding spatter.
