烘焙温度对铝钛系熔炼焊剂使用性能的影响

摘  要:对铝钛系高韧性熔炼焊剂进行了不同温度下的高温烘焙及相应金属的扩散氢含量测定、低温冲击韧性试验和S、P、FeO等杂质含量测定,探讨了烘焙温度对焊缝金属扩散氢含量和低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,熔炼焊剂经适当的烘焙处理后,可以大幅度降低熔敷金属扩散氢和有害杂质元素S的含量,提高抗裂性,同时熔敷金属韧性没有明显降低。By roasting the Al-Ti system high toughness fusion flux at different high temperatures and doing such experiments with welding metal as mensurating diffusible hydrogen ,testing low temperature impact toughness and mensurating the impurity content of S,P,FeO.The effect of roasting temperature on the diffusible hydrogen and low temperature impact of the welding metal were investigated.The results show that after fusion flux being treated by proper roasting technique,welding metal can reduce diffusible hydrogen and impurity content of S in evidence, and at the same time the impact toughness does not reduce evidently.
