摘  要:文章研究了β-细辛醚和丁香酚酯对芒果炭疽菌抗药性菌株Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(ZJR)、敏感菌株C.gloeosporioides(ZJS)和香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium owysporumf.sp.cubense)的抑制作用。发现β-细辛醚和丁香酚对三种病菌有良好的抑制效果,β-细辛醚和丁香酚酯在1.00mg/mL浓度下对芒果炭疽病(抗药性和敏感)菌抑菌率均为100%;在0.50mg/mL浓度下β-细辛醚对芒果炭疽病抗药性菌株、敏感菌株抑菌和香蕉枯萎病菌的抑制率分别为91.2%、86.7%和57.97%。丁香酚酯在0.50mg/mL对芒果炭疽病抗药性菌株、敏感菌株抑菌和香蕉枯萎病菌的抑制率分别为36.20%、44.70%和61.93%。The inhibitory effect of β-asarone and Eugenyl acetate on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was found.. β-asarone and Eugenyl acetate showed strong fungicidal activities against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (strains of drug-resistant and strains of sensitivity)and Fusarium oxvsporum f. sp. cubense at 100 % of the control values, at 1.00 mg/mL, respectively. At 0.50 mg/mL β-asarone showed fungicidal activities against C. gloeosporioides strains of drug-resistant, C. gloeosporioides strains of sensitivity and oxysporum f. sp. cubense at 91.2 %, 86.7 % and 57.97 % of the control values, respectively. At 0.50 mg/mL, Eugenyl acetate showed fungicidal activities against C. gloeosporioides strains of drug-resistant, C. gloeosporioides strains of sensitivity and oxysporum f. sp. cubense at 36.20 %, 44.70 %and 61.93 % of the control values, respectively.
