摘　　要：为顺利开发出粘胶纤维PTT纤维混纺纱,根据两种纤维的性能,采用短流程的清梳联工序;并条采用三道并合,确保混和均匀;粗纱捻系数偏大掌握;细纱采用赛络纺,减少成纱毛羽,且配置合适的钢丝圈;各工序温湿度控制适当,保证生产稳定,减少缠绕现象。经检测,开发的R/PTT 60/40 18.5 tex×2针织纱满足了使用要求。To exploit, viscose PTT blended yarn, according to the two fibre properties, blowing-carding unit with short flow was adopted. Three times drawing was adopted in drawing process to ensure blending even. Roving twist factor was controlled slightly larger. Sirospun was adopted to reduce finish yarn hairiness and proper ring traveler was set as well. Temperature ＆ humidity in each process should be controlled properly to ensure production stable and reduce wrapping,finally R/PTT 60/40 18.5 tex×2 knitted ply could satisfy using demands.
