摘 要:对鞍千矿和齐大山铁矿主要矿种的岩石力学参数、矿物组成、颗粒粒度、细观结构等进行了对比分析研究,探求了矿石细观组成、结构特征、矿物成分、化学成分等矿石特性对可钻性的影响,摸清了影响矿石可钻性的内在因素,揭示了鞍千矿矿石难钻、钻头寿命低的根本原因。在此基础上,对鞍千矿和齐大山矿主要矿种进行了可钻性分级和钻头寿命预估,为鞍千矿提供了钻头消耗定额的科学依据,为下一步优选与矿石特性匹配的钻头和优化钻机工作参数提供了基础数据,具有指导意义。This paper has analyzed and studied their rock mechanics parameter, mineral composition, grain sizes and microscopic structure of the ore for both Anqian mine and Qidashan iron mine , detected the influence of ore characters of microscopic composition, structure feature, mineral component to drilling ability ,know the intrinsic influencing factor of drilling ability, disclosure the ultimate reasons for drilling difficulties and low service life of drill bit at Anqian mine. This paper has graded drilling ability and forecasted the bit life length of the ore for both Anqian mine and Qidashan iron mine, which provided the scientific base of material consumption rate and base data for optimizing bit matching with ore character and drilling rig working parameters that have guiding meaning for Anqian mine.
