摘　　要：为实时准确地显示光栅传感器的位移量,利用差分放大和整形原理,将光栅传感器输出的模拟信号转为脉冲方波信号。通过可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)对方波信号进行软件四细分、辨向和计数。同时,单片机与计算机进行串口通信,输入脉冲当量,从而使CPLD中记录的脉冲数转为光栅传感器的实际位移量进行LCD实时显示。In order to get the displacement of grating sensors, a dynamic data acquisition system of grating sensors is investi- gated. This device changed the analog signal of grating sensors to the digital signal using differential amplifier and comparator. CPLD was applied in this system. It accomplished functions of four-fold subdivision, discerning direction and counter for the digital signal. Serial communication between the single chip AT89S52 and computer got the pulse equivalent of the grating sensors. At the same time, the pulse numbers were transformed into the displacement of grating sensors. Real-time display of the displacement was realized in LCD monitor.
