摘 要:为了解决圭山煤矿大倾角煤层是否适用伪倾斜掩护式支架采煤方法。通过物理力学分析方法对支柱稳定性进行了分析,分析采场岩块冲击力、支柱的侧压力、剪力、弯矩及比压这些对支柱的不稳定性因素。经计算分析得出了圭山煤矿煤层不适合用伪倾斜掩护式支架采煤方法,并推荐选择以支柱支撑为主的采煤方法。通过这一系列力学分析和计算方法比较符合现场实际情况,可为类似矿山在选择开采方法时,分析支柱的稳定性很有参考价值。In order to solve the coal mining method with the false inclined hydraulic powered shield support to be applied to the high inclined seam in Guishan Mine, with the physical mechanics to analyze and calculate the stability of the prop, the paper analyzed the rock block impact force in the coal mining face, the side pressure, shearing, bending torque and pressure ratio of the prop to the instability fac- tors of the prop. The calculation and analysis showed that the seam in Guishan Mine would not be suitable to have the coal mining method with the false inclined hydraulic powered shield supports. A coal mining method mainly with the props was proposed and selected. The analysis and calculation method was close to the mine site condition and could have the certain references to analyze the stability of the prop when the similar mine to select the mining method.
