摘 要:为了实现在突出煤层中安全钻进,同时提高煤层瓦斯的抽放效果,对突出煤层增透原理进行了分析,将高压水流和安全导喷装置技术应用于淮北祁南煤矿突出煤层实施的网格式穿层钻孔,结果表明:在突出危险煤层的最大单孔喷煤量为5 t的情况下,安全导喷装置能够保证作业人员安全、避免作业场所及附近巷道瓦斯浓度超限、防止瓦斯爆炸;高压水流诱导喷孔可以增大钻孔直径,在孔群间形成导通裂隙,提高煤层透气性,将难以抽采煤层转变为容易抽采煤层。In order to have a safety drilling in the outburst seam and to improve the seam gas drainage resuh, the paper analyzed the increasing permeability principle of the outburst seam. The high water jet and safety guide spouting device technology were applied to the in seam mesh boreholes in the outburst seams in Huaibei Qinan Mine. The results showed that when a single borehole in the outburst dangerous seam had coal outburst of 5 t, the safety guide spouting device could ensure the safety of the operation personnel, avoid the gas content over the limits at the operation site and the place near the roadway and prevent the gas explosion. The high pressure water jet guide outburst boreholes could increase the diameter of the boreholes, create the conducted cracking between the borehole group and improve the seam permeability. The difficult drainage seam could be converted to easy drainage seam.
