摘 要:针对张集煤矿前进式开采方式采空区瓦斯治理难点,结合该矿井采空区瓦斯涌出特征,采取采空区控制性抽采的新型瓦斯治理方式,消除了因气候条件变化造成采空区瓦斯涌出的威胁。并根据矿井瓦斯利用需要,通过对矿井瓦斯抽采系统进行优化布置,建立完善的采空区瓦斯抽采和防火预测预报体系,对采空区高浓度瓦斯加以利用,既消除了采空区瓦斯涌出和自然发火威胁,同时充分利用瓦斯资源,实现煤与瓦斯共采,为矿井采空区瓦斯治理积累了经验。According to the difficulties of goaf gas control in the advanced mining face of the mine, in combined with the goal gas emission features in the mine, a new gas control mode with the goaf gas controlled drainage was adopted to eliminate the goal gas emission dangers due to the climate condition varied. Based on the mine gas utilization requirement, an optimized layout was conducted for the mine gas drainage system and an improved gas drainage and fire prediction and pre-waming system was established for the mine goal. The utilization of the high density gas in the goaf would not only eliminate the gas emission and spontaneous combustion dangers in the goaf, but could fully utilize the gas resources. The coal and gas mining jointly could provide the rich experiences to control the gas in the goaf.
