摘 要:由于松软突出煤层稳定性差、瓦斯含量高、压力大,容易出现喷孔、垮孔、卡钻等异常现象,其钻孔施工和成孔是公认的难题。国内进行了螺旋钻进和常风压空气钻进的尝试,但效果一般。提出将中风压空气钻进的钻探工艺应用到松软突出煤层瓦斯抽放孔的施工,并设计了一套成孔护孔方法,研制配套的钻机、内芯可脱式钻头和孔口除尘装置等装备。最后通过煤矿现场工业性试验,验证了该工艺的可行性和配套装备的可靠性。The soft and outburst seam would be poor in stability, high in gas content and high in pressure and would be easy to occur the borchole outburst, borehole collapsed, drilling jammed and other abnormal phenomenon. Thus the drilling operation and borchole completed in such seam were the general difficulty. In China, the screw drilling and the normal pressure compressed air drilling were conducted for trial and the results were not so good. A medium pressure compressed air drilling exploration was provided to apply to the construction of the gas drainage boreholes in the soft and outburst seam. A set of the borehole protection method was designed. A marched drilling rig, core detachable bit, borehole dust collector and other equipment were researched and developed. The mine site industrial experiment of the technique was passed and showed that the technique was feasible and the matched equipment was reliable.
