摘　　要：再生资源产业链是否有足够的运行动力,是制约再生资源产业健康发展的瓶颈。本文通过分析我国再生资源产业链的构成和运行机制,认为目前我国资源再生产业运行的基本动力主要依靠企业内部成本外部化和牺牲劳动者的社会福利获得。必须改变目前这种不可持续的回收利用模式,通过寻求产业链运行的其他动力来源,实现我国资源再生产业的健康发展。Enough running motivity of the industry chain of the resource regeneration, which is the obstacle factor restricting the sound development of the industry. In the basis of analyzing the composition and mechanism of the resource regeneration chain, the article think that the essential power of the industry mostly depend on interior cost externality and damaging the welfare of the laborers. It is the radical method to achieve sound development of the industry changing the unstainable recycling model and seeking other power resource of the industry.
