农业生态调节功能主导区划分中的问题分析

摘　　要：以主体功能区建设为目标,农业功能区划分工作正在我国展开。实践中发现,在对农业生态调节功能主导区进行划分时,必须注意划分指标如何确定、分类方法如何选取、设立生态调节功能主导区的辅助功能是否合适、生态调节功能主导区划分原则如何制订、生态调节功能主导区支撑政策要点有哪些等问题。本文在指出农业生态调节功能主导区划分中存在着上述问题的同时,也探讨解决问题的思路。To aim at establishing development priority zone, all governments of provinces in China are taking the job of differentiating agricultural function priority zone. In practice, the problems such as how to fix targets, how to pick up and arrange dividing methods, how to set up by-functions of local agriculture, how to fond principles of differentiating priority zone, how to make policies to support the priority zone where agriculture mainly functions as adjusting eco-system etc. must be discussed and settled. This paper points out the problems mentioned above and puts forward proposals to solve them.
