摘　　要：能否建设好社会主义新农村,乡风文明建设具有举足轻重的作用,它是建设社会主义新农村的灵魂。中部欠发达地区乡风文明建设如何?这是需要回答的重要问题。本文以中部典型欠发达地区的黄冈市为例,深入阐述其乡风文明的发展现状,剖析存在问题的原因,并就乡风文明建设提出若干对策措施,为中部其他欠发达地区提供参考。The country spiritual culture construction plays important function to socialistic new country, which is soul of socialistic new country construction. How about the Country Spiritual Culture in undeveloped Areas of center China？ Which needs to be answered problem？ This article sets forth present situations, reasons and countermeasures of the country spiritual culture in undeveloped areas of center China, in order to offer reference for other areas.
