摘　　要：美国金融危机反映了国际金融制度不仅违背国际法的基本原则,且实际上构成对中国经济安全的威胁。国际金融制度改革尽管在操作上应当坚持阶段论,考虑数十年形成的美元核心地位,但改革的目标和方向不容逆转,改革的指导思想应建立在等值经济的基础上,而非继续奉行美国式的市场经济理论及新自由主义。The American financial crisis reflects that the international financial system does not only violate the basic principle of international law, but also actually threaten China Economic Security. Although the reform of international financial system must persist in the theory of stage in practice and take into account the core position of US dollar formed for several decades, the objective and direction of reform are not allowed to be reversed. The guiding idea must be set up on the basis of economy of equal value, and does not persist in pursuing the theory of market economy and the new liberalism of American style.
