复方补乌糖浆治疗白癜风临床观察及对血清肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方补乌糖浆治疗白癜风的临床疗效及对患者血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)和肾上腺素(E)的影响。方法:选取符合纳入条件的患者50例,随机分为2组各25例。治疗组以复方补乌糖浆治疗,对照组用白癜风胶囊治疗。观察2组疗效及治疗前后血清NE和E的变化,并设正常对照组作比较。结果:治疗组有4例失访,对照组有5例失访。治疗组21例中基本痊愈4例,显效4例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为76.19%。对照组20例中痊愈3例,显效3例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率为75.00%。2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组皮损面积均明显减少,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前NE和E水平与正常对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组NE、E明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方补乌糖浆对白癜风具有良好的治疗作用,且能降低患者体内异常升高的儿茶酚胺类物质NE、E。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Buwu Syrup(CBS) for vitiligo and its influence on serum epinephrine(E) and norepinephrine(NE).Methods:Fifty vitiligo patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment for 3 months.The serum E and NE levels before and after treatment were compared with those in the healthy volunteers.Results:After treatment,follow - up failed in 4 patients of the treatment group and in 5 of the control group.Of 21 patients in the treatment group,4 were cured,4 markedly effective,8 effective,S ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.19%;of 20 patients in the control group,3 were cured,3 markedly effective,9 effective, 5 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75.00%,the difference being insignificant between the two groups(P>0.05).The akin lesion area was decreased in the two group after treatment (P<0.05).Serum E and NE levels in both groups differed from those in healthy volunteers before treatment(P<0.05),and decreased after treatment(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),arriving to the normal level.Conclusion:CBS has certain effect for the treatment of vitiligo,and can decrease the increased serum NE and E levels.
