摘　　要：本研究应用４种不同类型的高粱品种（或品系），对中国高粱胞质雄性不育系“吉农１０５”与西非迈罗高粱Ａ１型胞质雄性不育系进行了育性反应鉴定。结果表明：在对经过选择的育种材料Ａ１不育系的恢复系与保持系来说，二者的育性反应基本一致；但在对未经选择的中外高粱地方品种的反应上不一致，说明二者存在部分共同的育性恢复基因，但又有一定差异。这一研究结果，为正确利用中国高粱胞质雄性不育系提供了科学依据。With 4 varieties sorghum to study two different sorghum cytoplasm(Chinese and A 1) on reaction of fertility.The result showed that maintainers of A 1 male sterile lines also maintain sterility in Chinese cytoplasmic male sterile lines and restorers of A 1 male sterile lines also restore fertility to hybrids with Chinese cytoplasm .However, it is also observed that some local varieties of Chinese and exotic germplasm of sorghum which restore fertility to F 1 with A 1 cytoplasm maintain sterility with Chinese cytoplasm.It is true that reaction of Chinese and A 1 cytoplasm male sterile lines are different .The test gives us some information on how to use Chinese sorghum cytoplasm male sterile line.
