摘　　要：系统介绍了辣椒种质资源冗余、遗传狭窄性分子评估以及辣椒种间亲缘关系和种内遗传多样性分子评价的主要进展。列举了一些优异种质特异基因的分离与克隆,并指出了辣椒种质资源研究正朝着资源保存核心化、基因发掘规模化、资源评价精细化的方向发展。Redundancy of pepper germplasm resources, narrow genetic background, intra-specific genetic diversity and inter-specific phylogenetic relationships by molecular evaluation were reviewed. This article listed the isolation and cloning of the specific gene from excellent germplasm. At the same time the author indicated that developing trends for capsicum germplasm resources evaluation will be core collection of capsicum germplasm resources, large scale discovery of genes and precise molecular evaluation of germplasm resources.
