观赏石斛育种技术研究综述

摘　　要：介绍了观赏石斛育种的目的和意义,综述了近10年来石斛兰育种的主要途径,包括种质资源保护、传统育种、杂交育种、分子标记辅助育种和基因工程育种等。结合石斛兰育种的现状及存在问题,提出了一些解决措施,以期为今后的育种工作提供借鉴。The purpose and importance of Dendtobium was. introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the main breeding technologies of Dendrobium in recent 10 years were summarized, including germplasm resources protection, traditional breeding, hybridization breeding, molecular marker assisted selection breeding and gene engineering breeding. According to the breeding status of Dendrobium, some measures were put forward for the future.
