医院检查预约BPR及其在区域医疗中的应用

摘　　要：医院传统的辅助检查预约流程存在的流程瓶颈导致患者在检查预约过程中需多次往返预约场所,是造成患者在医院无效逗留时间长的因素之一。研究的目的是通过对医院检查预约流程重组减少患者无效等候时间、提高医院资源利用率。对传统医院检查预约流程瓶颈进行分析,通过建立预约中心、实施预约信息系统,重组医院检查预约流程。对医院预约检查BPR及其在区域医疗卫生服务中的实际应用进行了分析。结果表明:患者在检查预约流程优化前后的消耗时间具有显著差异,检查预约BPR的实施节省了近40%的预约时间。可见,检查预约BPR通过清理流程的冗余环节、利用检查预约系统实现预约排程、设立辅助检查预约中心机构等一系列优化措施,实现了医院检查预约资源的整合以及统筹管理,减少了患者的排队次数,缩短了患者在预约检查过程中消耗的时间。优化后的检查预约流程提高了患者满意度、医疗服务质量、医务人员工作效率以及医院资源的利用率,同时为基于信息交互平台的区域医疗卫生服务实现资源共享及远程预约检查奠定了基础。The bottleneck of the traditional appointment-scheduling process of auxiliary examinations in hospitals is one of the reasons causing patients＇ overstaying in hospitals, such as repeatedly visiting appointment-scheduling place and waiting in line. This study analyzes the reengineering of appointment-scheduling process of medical examinations in hospitals and its practical applications in regional medical and health services. The application effect and data analysis demonstrates： through a series of optimization measures such as to clean up redundant links of the process, to take use of appointment-scheduling system to realize examination arrangements, and to set up appointment-scheduling centers of auxiliary examinations, examination appointment-scheduling BPR carries out the integrating of appointmentscheduling resources of medical examinations and coordinating, reduces the number of patients in line, and shortens the time of appointment-scheduling process. The optimized examination appointment-scheduling process not only improves patient satisfaction, the quality of medical services, the working efficiency of medical staff and the utilization of medical resources, but also lays a foundation for the realization of resource sharing and remote examination appointmentscheduling of regional medical and health services based on information interactive platform.
