厚朴麻黄口服液治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨厚朴麻黄口服液治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效，我们将其制成口服液治疗本病126例，总有效率为89．68％；同时应用桂龙咳喘宁治疗42例作为对照，总有效率为76．19％（P＜0．05）。治疗组用药后肺功能（FEV1、FEV1％、V50）、血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数都有显著改善，提示该药能缓解支气管痉挛，降低气道高反应性，具有标本兼治的作用。The therapeutic effects of oral liquid of Magnoliae officinalis and Ephedrae was observed in 126 patients with bronchial asthma and contrasted with that of Gui long Kechuaedng in 42 cases of controls. The total ef fective rate of the treated group was 89. 68% and that of control group was 76. 19% (p < 0.05 ). In treated group, the pulmonary function (FEV1 、FEV1 %, V50 ),serum IgE and eosinophil count had been obviously im proved after treatment. These results suggest that this drug can relieve bronchospas, lower high airway reac tivity and has the therapeutic effects on both the symp toms and cause of bronchial asthma.
