生脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察生脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：治疗组２７例在综合治疗加硝酸甘油治疗的基础上，加用生脉注射液；对照组２５例则采用综合治疗加硝酸甘油，２组均以１０日为１个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率（９２．６％）较对照组（７２．０％）有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组对心悸、气促、纳差和肺部口罗音等症状体征的改善显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组患者治疗后心功能指标有显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：综合治疗加硝酸甘油并联合生脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭效果显著。Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shengmai Injection on congestive heart failure.Methods:Patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group (27 cases) was treated with Shengmai Injection on the basis of complex therapy and nitroglycerin;the control group (25 cases) was treated with nitroglycerin and conventional therapy;10 days as a therapy course,then to compare and observe the therapeutic efficacy.Results:The total effective rates were 92 6% and 72 0% in treatment group and control group respectively,there have obvious difference between 2 groups ( P <0 05).The improvement symptoms including palpitation,dyspnea,appetite lose and pulmonary rale,as well as cardiac function in patients of treatment group were obvious superior to those in control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:There are obvious therapeutic efficacy of complex therapy and nitroglycerin combined Shengmai Injection in treating congestive heart failure,so it is an effective way of TCM WM therapy.
