摘 要:智力资本理论的提出及发展,源于人力资本理论的深化和知识经济的发展。同时,智力资本理论引发了组织人力资源管理理论和实践的新发展,促成了人力资源管理中人工成本观点向智力投资观点的转变;引发对企业劳动要素定位以及企业与员工之间关系的重新思考;促使人们对企业管理目标的重新思考;促进了组织人力资源向智力资本的转化;企业开始重视发展组织的核心资源,尤其是核心员工和核心客户。Put forward the theory of intellectual capital and development, due to the deepening of human capital theory and the development of a knowledge-based economy. At the same time, intellectual capital theory led to the organization's human resources management theory and practice of new development, and contributed to human resource management point of labor costs to the view that investment in human capital; triggered rethinking of positioning elements of labor, as well as relationship between business and staff; to promote the organization's human resources to the transformation of intellectual capital; business organizations started to attach importance to the development of core resources, particularly the core staff and core customers.
