摘 要:为了在一个注水系统下对层间差异较大的2层实现有效分注,并减少流量波动对井口闸门及仪表的损害,开展了双管分层注水工艺技术研究。该工艺技术基本解决了胜利油田注水井广泛存在的分层调配难度大、分注率及层段合格率较低问题。井口安装电磁流量计和恒流调节器,既可减少测调工作量、保持流量恒定、实现稳定注水,又使测试工作直观、可视。该工艺施工成功率100%,层段合格率100%,应用效果明显。To achieve an effective separate injection of the two layers with greater inter-layer differences in the water injection system and relieve the damage of flow fluctuation to the wellhead control valve and instruments, the dual-string separate-layer water injection pipe string technology was studied. The field application shows that the technology basically solves the problems widely existing in the water injection wells of Shengli Oilfield, such as great inter-layer pressure differential, failure to achieve water distribution and difficulties in borehole condition monitoring and allocation. The electromagnetic flowmeter and constant flow regulator are installed in wellhead, reducing the workload of test and regulation, keeping the flow rate constant, achieving stable injection and making the testing operation visual and straightforward. The success rate of operation is 100 percent; the qualification rate of section is 100 percent. The application effect of the water injection technology is noticeable.
