复方甘草片对老年刺激性干咳的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草片对老年刺激性干咳的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用复方甘草片,每次1一2片,每曰3一4次含服;对照组采用氯哌啶,每次10mg,每日3一4次口服。结果:治疗组的咳嗽频次、咳嗽的持续时间及疗效均明显优于对照组,经统计学处理,差异有显着性(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草片治疗老年刺激性干咳疗效确切且安全。Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect Tabellae Glycyrrhiza Compounded on the elderly patients with stimulating dry cough. Methods： In the treatment group, the patients were treated with Tabellae Glycyrrhiza Compounded, 1-3 tabellae, Tid-Qid ;In the compare group, the patients were treated with Chloperastine,10 mg, Tid. Results： The cough persist frequency and time in the treatment group was for less than compare group, with significant statistical significance （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tabellae Glycyrrhiza Compounded is effective and safe in treatment stimulating dry cough of the elderly patients.
