复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:将我院2005年1月～2008年11月收治的268例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组(135例)和对照组(133例),治疗组用复方甘草酸苷注射剂100ml,静脉滴注每天1次连续3周,3周后改为口服复方甘草酸苷片每次3片,每日3次;对照组用甘草酸二铵注射剂150mg,静脉滴注每天1次,连续3周,3周后改为口服甘草酸二铵胶囊100mg,每日3次。观察两组的临床症状、体征、肝功能指标变化、电解质及不良反应。结果:两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),显效率治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者肝功能指标均有明显改善,治疗组ALT、AST及TBIL下降程度较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组小于对照组。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on chronic viral hepatitis type B. Methods： From January 2005 to November 2008, 268 patients with chronic viral hepatitis type B were enrolled and randomly divided into the study group（n=135） and the control group（n=133）. Patients in the study group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection 100ml/d, iv. Three weeks later, they were taken compound glycyrrhizin there tablet, three times a day. Patients in the control group were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 150 mg/ d, iv. Three weeks later, they were taken Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 100 mg, three times a day. The changes of clinical symptoms, signs, liver f unction parameters, electrolyte and adverse reactions were observed after 6-week treatment. Results： The overall effective rate of the two group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The excellence effective rate in the control group were significantly lower then the study group （P〈0.05） . The degrade degree of ALT, AST and TBIL in the control group were significantly lower then the study group （P〈0.05） . in the study group were significantly lower then the control group （P〈0.05） . Adverse reaction in the study group was lower than the control group. Conclusion： Compound glycyrrhizin on chronic viral hepatitis type B is safe and effective.
