摘  要:研究目的:研究大跨度桥梁工程中钢箱梁与混凝土箱梁结合部的应力、应变及其变化规律,探讨结合段的传力机理,为实例桥梁工程的钢箱梁和混凝土箱梁结合部的设计方案和构造处理提供理论和试验验证的依据。结合某大跨度斜拉桥梁工程设计实例,设计并制作斜拉桥主梁钢-混结合段试验模型,对试验模型进行静力试验,利用ANSYS建模进行有限元计算,对静力试验结果与有限元分析计算结果进行对比分析。研究结论:通过对钢-混结合段受力的研究分析表明:只要设计方案合理,构造处理恰当,钢箱梁—钢-混结合段—混凝土箱梁沿纵向刚度过渡就平稳,预应力施加作用明显,钢板与混凝土节点位移耦合;试验结果验证各测点实测结果与计算值吻合较好,说明有限元分析能较好地模拟钢-混结合段模型实际加载及受力情况。Research purposes: The studies are done on the distribution and change law of stress and strain and the discussions are made on the load carrying mechanism at the junction between steel and concrete box girders in long span bridges to provide the theoretical and experimental bases for the practical designing and detailing such kind of bridges. A test model was designed and made for the steel - concrete junction of one cable - stayed bridge design, the static experiments and finite - element calculation with ANSYS program were carried out, and the experimental results were compared with the finite- element calculation results. Research conclusions:The study and analysis of the loading bearing performance at the junction between steel and concrete box girders show if the design is reasonable and the structure treatment is appropriate, the rigidity transition between steel and concrete box girders is fairly smooth, the significant effects are produced from the imposed prestress, and the nodal displacements of steel and concrete coincide. The experimental results verify the results from all test points coincide with the calculation values and the finite element analysis can well simulate the actual loading scenario and load carrying condition at the steel -concrete conjunction model.
