摘　　要：如何应对重大突发性灾害事件中的安全管理,成为北京市建设现代化大都市面临的重大课题。防灾公园是城市防灾减灾系统的重要组成部分。通过介绍北京市防灾公园建设的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了城市防灾公园布局规划目标、规划原则、体系构成、平灾结合等加强北京市防灾公园建设的建议。How to respond to the security management in sudden maior disasters has become an important task in Beiiing building itself into a modern metropolis. The disaster prevention park is an important component pan＇ in urban disaster prevention and mitigation, in this paper, the current situation and major existing problems of the construction of disaster prevention parks in Beiiing are introduced, and proposals to enhance the construction of disaster prevention parks in Beiiing are given from the aspects of layout planning objective, planning principle, system structure, and combination of ordinary and disaster prevention needs.
