摘　　要：高新技术产业园正在成为我国经济发展最具活力的区域。该文分为两部分,前一部分通过分析高新技术产业园的产业特点和发展趋势,归纳总结出这一类型产业对建成环境的要求,提出其园区规划设计的三大策略——"复合·亲和·整合";第二部分结合松山湖科技产业园新竹苑项目的规划实践,进一步验证并拓展了相关规划理念与策略。New ＆ Hi-tech Industrial Park is becoming the most vigorous area in the development of our national economy. The paper consists of two parts： in the first part, through analyzing the industrial characteristics and developmental trend of New ＆ Hi-tech Industrial park, the paper sums up the requirements of this industry for built environment, moreover, it puts forward three strategies, i.e. compound, kindness and integration, considering the planning practice of Xinzhuyuan project in Songshanhu Industrial Park. Then it further proves and develops related planning ideas and strategies in the second part,
