摘　　要：近代城市住宅反映了传统生活方式向现代的转变,在一定程度上改变了城市的面貌。笔者以近代南京的家族生活历史为背景,对三座具有典型性的近代城市住宅进行考察及实测,并分析其特征。The residence is the mirror of the changing life and city appearance. On the background of the author＇ s family living history in early modern Nanjing, the thesis investigates and measures three typical early modern urban houses, and analyzes theirs features.
