摘 要:为减小逆变器的开关损耗,提高逆变器的转换效率,提出了一种新型软开关三相谐振极逆变器,并进行了电路的动态分析。该逆变器在直流母线之间串联了三个电解电容,来稳定直流母线电压,同时限制谐振电容和开关器件的承受的最大电压。文中对三个电解电容在每个工作模式中的电压变化进行了详细的动态理论解析。理论解析表明负载电流变化时,电解电容的电压也会随负载电流变化。实验结果表明:直流母线间的三个电解电容的电压变化符合理论分析,电解电容的电压变化对输出电压基本没有影响。This paper presents a novel soft-switching three-phase resonant pole inverter in order to reduce switching loss and improve efficiency. Dynamic analysis of the circuit of the inverter is also carded out in the paper. There are three electrolytic capacitors between the DC buses. They are used to form stable dc-bus voltage and limit the maximum voltage across the resonant capacitor and switching devices. The variation of the voltage of the three electrolytic capacitors in every stage is dynamically analyzed in theory. Analysis shows that the voltage on the three electrolytic capacitors also varies with load current. Experimental results illustrate that the variation of the voltage across the three electrolytic capacitors between DC buses conforms to the analysis in theory. The variation of the voltage across the three electrolytic capacitors between DC buses has no influence on output voltage.
