摘　　要：内外圆磨床作为磨床的一种,已广泛用于零部件精密加工。内外圆磨床的可靠性对于生产的影响很大。为了提高内外圆磨床的可靠性,需要对其制定合理的维修计划。本文通过内外圆磨床故障历史数据的研究,定量的分析了内外圆磨床的故障分布函数、密度函数以及故障率函数,为制定维修计划提供了理论支持。Internal and external circular grinding machine, as one kind of grinder, has been widely used in precise manufacture. The reliability of internal and external circular grinding machine has a great impact on manufacturing. In order to improve the reliability of internal and external circular grinder, it is necessary to make reasonable maintenance program. In this paper, the historical breakdown data of the grinder will be quantitative analyzed to obtain the breakdown distribution function, breakdown density function and breakdown rate function, which provide a theoretical support for maintenance.
