摘　　要：目的探讨预防和处理经皮椎体成形术常见并发症的经验。方法回顾性分析56例接受经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折(共75个椎体)患者的资料。结果55例患者术后疼痛症状消失或缓解,优良率达98.22%。共21例出现术中及术后并发症,占37.50%;其中骨水泥向椎体外周软组织渗漏、椎旁静脉内渗漏、椎间盘内渗漏各4例,椎管内渗漏及肋骨骨折各1例,其他并发症7例。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折临床疗效好,同时要重视对并发症的预防和处理。Objective To discuss the experience about the prevention and treatment of the common complications of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP）.Methods Fifty-six patients with vertebral compression fractures（75 vertebrae） underwent PVP,and the data of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results Pain of 55 patients disappeared or alleviated after PVP（55/56,98.22%）.Intraoperative and postoperative complications appeared in 21 patients（37.50%）,including leakage of bone cement to peripheral soft tissue,paravertebral venous and disc respectively（each n=4）,spinal leakage of bone cement in 1 case,rib fracture in 1 case and other complication happened in 7 patients.Conclusion PVP is an effective method in treating vertebral compression fracture.Attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of complications of PVP.
