摘　　要：从评估的角度深入分析导致高校图书拒借的诸多因素,阐述高校图书馆如何充分利用评估这把双刃剑,以评估为契机,化弊为利,使得图书拒借现象得到有效控制。The article analyses so many factors that result in the refusal to lend books in the library of colleges and universities from the angle of the educational assessment.It also explains how to take advantage of the ＂Double-edged sword＂---The Assessment of the Education Quality for Undergraduates,how to take educational assessment as a turning point to turn a disadvantage into an advantage to make the phenomenon of refusing to lend books kept within limits.
