摘　　要：新农村建设为农村图书馆的发展带来了机遇和挑战,馆教结合是解决当前农村图书馆发展问题的有效途径。The construction socialism new countryside provides chances as well as challenges for the development of rural library.It’s an efficient path of dealing with rural library development by combining library and teaching.
