摘　　要：目的:探讨密闭式输液方法在温盐水洗胃中应用的护理效果。方法:将12例需温盐水洗胃的患者随机分成实验组和对照组各6例。对照组采用传统洗胃方法,实验组采用密闭式温盐水洗胃方法。观察2组患者洗胃效果、患者满意度。结果:实验组洗胃所需时间明显少于对照组,患者满意度大大提高。结论:密闭式温盐水洗胃法能减少洗胃时间,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者满意度,具有良好的临床推广价值。Object, inquiry into nursing effect of applying obturation transfusion in the pylori obstructed patients stomach wash with warm brine. Method, divide the patients who need wash stomach with warm brine into experiment group and comparison group equally. The comparison group adopts traditional stomach wash method, experiment group adopts obturation warm brine stomach wash method. Result, stomach wash time of experiment group is shorter than comparison group obviously. Patients＇ satisfaction is improved greatly. Conclusion, washing stomach with obturation warm brine can decrease stomach wash time, alleviate patients＇ pain, improve patients＇ satisfaction, and have nicer clinic extending value.
