利宁凝胶对瑞芬太尼麻醉下导尿的患者术后早期尿路疼痛的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:观察利宁凝胶对瑞芬太尼全麻下导尿患者术后早期尿路疼痛的预防作用。方法:选择100例男性行开胸手术患者,随机等分成实验组和对照组。两组病人均采用瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚静脉全麻。实验组病人于全麻后采用利宁凝胶表面麻醉后导尿,对照组采用石蜡油。记录两患者麻醉恢复期尿路刺激症状所引起疼痛的发生率以及循环的变化。结果:实验组患者麻醉恢复期满意度为80%,而对照组为42%(P<0.005);对照组麻醉恢复期MAP和HR较实验组患者显著升高(P<0.001)。结论:利宁凝胶可有效预防瑞芬太尼全麻下导尿患者术后早期尿路疼痛,增加病人麻醉恢复期的舒适程度。Objective： To observe the prophylactic effect of tetracaine on postoperative early urinary tract pain after urethral catheterization in patients undergoing general anesthesia with remifenanil. Methods： 100 male patients undergoing thoracic surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 each. All patients received general anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil. Urethral catheterization was performed under topical anesthesia with tetracaine gel after general anesthesia in observation group and with liquid paraffin in control group. Incidence of urinary tract pain and the changes of hemodynamie parameters during recovery of anesthesia were recorded. Results： Degree of comfort during recovery of anesthesia in observation group is 80%, hut 42% in control group （P〈0.005）. MAP and HR significantly increased in control group compared with those in observation group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Tetracaine gel could effectively prevent postoperative early urinary tract pain after urethral catheterization in patients undergoing general anesthesia with remifentanil,thus increase the degree of comfort during recovery of anesthesia.
