摘　　要：提出了一种基于STEP-NC的数控车削加工系统,构建了系统的结构体系,研究了在VC++6.0环境下,应用STIX库及MFC类库等,通过检索和处理AP238文件信息来建立STEP-NC车削解释器的方法。并以此为基础应用解释器提供的数据源及参数和刀具数据库,来建立刀具轨迹生成器,实现STEP-NC车削系统刀具轨迹的自动生成。最后通过刀具轨迹的仿真来检验所生成的刀具轨迹是否符合加工要求。A Turning system based on STEP-NC is constructed,then the paper introduces the structure of the system,and studys the method of using STIX database and MFC by searching and disposing the AP238 file message to develop the STEP-NC Turning interpreter in the environment of VC＋＋6.0. On the basis of data source from interpreter and parameter and tool database,the tool path generator which is used to implement the automatic generation of tool path in the STEP-NC Turning system is developed.Finally,the tool path simulation is used to check up whether the tool path that generated meets the machining requirement.
