论科学基金与“985工程”平台建设的良性互动

摘　　要：分析了科学基金与"985工程"平台建设之间形成的良性互动关系,这种互动包括推动和拉动两种动力作用。科学基金推动了平台科研队伍的建设和平台科研实力的整体提升,同时,"985工程"平台建设也为科学基金的申请创造了条件、为科学基金项目的落实提供了保障,拉动人才、各类项目向平台聚集,开展创新性的科学研究。The formed interactive relationship between scientific fund and 985 - Engineering Platform Construction is analyzed, and this kind of interaction includes the roles of both push and pull. Scientific fund promotes the construction of research terms and enhancement of research levels. In the meantime, 985 - Engineering Platform Construction also provides opportunities and guarantees for the fund application and completion so as to give a push to the development of innovative scientific researches.
