摘　　要：目的:探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的临床应用状况。方法:通过对近年来FDP的临床应用研究进行综述分析和总结,了解其临床药理作用机制和应用特点。结果:FDP具有稳定细胞膜,改善血液流变学参数,降低血液黏度,改善微循环,增加缺血组织对氧的利用,改善组织缺氧等作用。结论:FDP在心血管系统、脑血管系统、呼吸系统等领域均有广泛应用。Objective： To explore the clinical application of 1, 6 fructose diphosphate （FDP）. Methods： The pharmacological mechanism and characteristic clinical application of FDP were recognized by reviewing and summarizing the clinical researches in recent years. Results： FDP can stabilize cell membrane, improve the parameters of blood rheology, reduce the blood viscosity, meliorate microcirculation, increase oxygen use of ischemia organ and reduce tissue hypoxia. Conclusion： FDP are widely used in cardiovascular, cerebrovascular system and respiratory system.
