30%辛硫磷水乳剂的研究

摘　　要：通过对乳化剂、稳定剂等助剂的筛选,确定了30%辛硫磷水乳剂的最佳配方:辛硫磷30%,宁乳33#2.4%,SFR-T 3.6%,ZEP-302 1%,正辛醇1%,乙二醇4%,黄原胶0.1%,有机硅消泡剂0.03%,水57.87%。研究结果表明,该产品热贮分解率∠7%,各项指标均符合水乳剂的要求。The optimum formulation of 30% Phoxim emulsion in water was confirmed through the selection test of emulsifier and stabilizers , phoxim 3 0 % , emulsifier 3 3s 2. 4 % , emulsifier SFR - T 3. 6 % , ZEP - 3 0 2 1% , octanol 1% , antifreeze 4 % , xanthan gum 0. 1% , organtic silicon defoaming agent 0.03% and water 57.87%. It was showed by the experiment test that the product gets excellent stability and decomposition rate after heat storage less than 7 %, the test indexex were in accordance with those in the technical standard of emulsion in water.
