摘　　要：本文在对国内外石油企业知识产权工作情况调研的基础上．系统地分析了国内石油企业目前知识产权工作绩效不高方面的原因，提出了新形势下如何有效开展知识产权工作方法、对策。Based on studying the intellectual property rights work of domestic and foreign petroleum enterprise, this paper systematically analyzed the reason why domestic petroleum enterprise is inefficient at intellectual property rights work, and proposed the method and countermeasure on how to developed the intellectual property rights work effectively.
