摘  要:以新型耐高温材料杂萘联苯聚醚砜(PPES)为膜材料,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为添加剂、N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备PPES超滤膜,主要研究了不同含量及相对分子质量(200-20000)的PEG对膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着PEG含量、相对分子质量的增加,膜水通量增加,截留率降低。We used a kind of new material PPES(poly phthalazinon ether sulfone) that was a high-performance material with good glass-transition temperature, well membrane-forming ability via immersion precipitation phase inversion process to fabricate PPES UF (ultrafiltration) membranes. NMP (N methyl-2-pyrrolidinone) was used as casting solvent and PEG (polyethylene glycol) with different molecular weights (PEG-200 - PEG-20000) as additives, studied on the effect of weight and percentage of PEG on the structure and performance of PPES UF membranes. The result showed that, PEG as additive apparently improved structure and performance of PPES UF membrane, pure water flux increased obviously while rejection decreased.
