摘  要:本文以滑移机理研究"柱出口效应"失效的机制,以探讨伸舌色谱峰和拖尾色谱峰的形成机理。柱出口效应可使色谱流出峰变为拖尾峰。依据滑移机理,当温度升高使溶质吸附减弱和滑移作用增强时,柱出口效应可以减弱甚至失效。所以,塔板理论的色谱峰可以是拖尾形的,也可以是伸舌形的或高斯形。本文分析了克拉维酸钾的高效液相色谱流出峰由拖尾形经轻拖尾形、再到伸舌形的变化原因。The invalidation of the effect of column outlet was researched with slip mechanism, for the investigation on the cause of forming tailing peak and leading peak. Effect of column outlet could make chromatogram peaks become tailing peaks. By slip mechanism, the effect of column outlet could attenuate or even lose efficacy when column temperature rise caused solute adsorption to weaken and the slip action to strengthen. Therefore chromatogram peak in plate theory could be tailing peak, leading peak or Gaussian peak. This paper detailedly explained the cause of the change from tailing peak to leading peak via light tailing peak for the elution peak of clavulanate potassium in HPLC.
