摘　　要：简要介绍了HFW焊管制造过程中内毛刺清除工艺和设备,从各种内毛刺清除设备的结构特点入手,分析了不同类型内毛刺清除设备的优缺点,指出对于不同HFW焊管生产线可选择不同的内毛刺清除设备,从而达到提高内毛刺清除质量的目的。This article briefly introduced the pipe inside burrs clearing processes and equipment during HFW pipe production.Study from the structure characteristics of pipe inside burrs clearing equipment,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different types of equipment,pointed out that according to the different HFW production line,the pipe inside burrs clearing equipment may be selected for purpose of improving the quality of burrs cleared.
