摘 要:以一台12/8结构的无轴承开关磁阻电机为研究对象,选用不同未知量作为自由度,分别采用双标量磁位法、矢量磁位法和棱边有限元法对电机进行建模及计算,分析端部效应对电机磁场特性的影响;利用增强型能量增量法计算电机主、悬浮绕组的静态电感,研究无轴承开关磁阻电机的电感特性。通过与电感二维计算值和测量值的比较得到:无轴承开关磁阻电机端部效应严重,在不对齐位置处2D计算误差较大;棱边有限元法相对于另两种三维方法在求解高度非线性磁场问题时具有较高的计算精确度。The 3-D finite element model of a bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) with 12/8 teeth structure is established in this paper. Its magnetostatic field was computed by three kinds of methods based different finite formulations, double scalar magnetic potential method, magnetic vector method and edge finite method, respectively. Effects of end magnetic effects on magnetic field of BSRM were investigated. Moreover, inductances of the main and suspended windings for BSRM were calculated with the enhanced incremental energy method (EIEM) , and its inductance characteristics were studied. The experiment results testify that 2D finite element computation of BSRM has larger error at the unaligned position due to its severe end effects and the edge finite element method has higher computational precision than other two kinds of methods for solutions of nonlinear magnetic field problems.
