摘  要:连轧管机组是当今比较先进的机组之一,作为其核心的液压压下系统对整机的性能起着至关重要的作用。为了提高设计的效率,降低设计风险,利用Matlab虚拟仿真技术对它进行了分析,并对其中的PID控制器按照工况设计了专家控制系统,仿真结果表明所设计的参数是合理的,能够满足轧制的需要。Continuous Tube Rolling Mills is one of the most advanced plants nowadays, and the hydraulic capsule control system of it plays an important part in its whole performance. In order to improve the design efficiency and cut the design risk, dummy simulation based on Matlab is done. The PID controller is designed according to operating mode, and it is divided several values as usually do in Expert Control System. The final results of simulation prove its efficiency, which can meet the request of practical rolling process.
