摘 要:本试验用快杀稗的生物测定方法(刘亚光、苏少泉,1993)研究了水田除草剂快杀稗在不同水质水中的降解规律,以及不同pH值、光照及光强对快杀稗降解的影响。在黑暗条件下,快杀稗在水中降解速度缓慢,pH值对其降解速度影响不大;在紫外光照射下,其降解速度明显加快,且随着光强增大,快杀稗降解加快。The degradation of Quinclorac under various environmental conditions was studied with the corn root length bioassay method. The results show that Quinclorac is stable in water. There is no remarkable difference among under ground water, fishpond water and distilled water.Quinclorac was broken down obviously faster under sunlight than under darkness. The influence of pH on the degradation of Quinclorac was not obvious. At the same time, the photodegradation of UV light upon Quinclorac was determined by bioassay. The UV light can improve the degradation speed of Quinclorac greatly. Moreover, the degradation speed was increased with the increasing of the light intensity.
